Build a custom Robot Cloud Action to improve security in your office.

A local password policy is a great way to ensure the passwords on your Macs are sufficiently complex to meet today's security standards. As global trends toward mobility in the workplace continue, this is an essential practice for securing your workstations.

To get started, simply fill out the form below to build your password policy. A member of the Forget Computers team will then turn this into an automated Robot Cloud Action to run on all your Macs.

NOTE: Password best-practices today recommend enforcing unique and secure passwords — and only changing them as necessary, rather than requiring periodic password refreshes. See this article from the FTC, Time to rethink mandatory password changes, and our Security & Privacy Video Series for additional information around passwords.
