Help Desk & Application Support
With unlimited Help Desk you have access to Forget Computers' live, Chicago-based support team as often as you need. You don't have to waste valuable, deadline-driven time troubleshooting your own technology. You don't have to make multiple calls to several (finger-pointing) hardware and software vendors. You don't have to wonder if you're making the best purchasing decision. You call us, we take responsibility for resolving the issue, and you return to focusing on your job. Questions are not limited to Apple hardware or software. We will answer all of your technology questions ... third-party software, purchasing, troubleshooting, the Internet, email and more. Some companies charge extra for application support, however we include it in every support package.

Daily Backup Monitoring & Maintenance
This service alone is worth the entire monthly fee. Think about how much time and money it will cost if you lose all your data and have no backup. Hard drive failures happen all the time and backups are not fail-safe. Nothing hurts worse than attempting to retrieve from a backup only to discover the files were never backed up! With our Pro Support Package your backup will be monitored and maintained. We'll check your backup everyday and if a problem occurs, we'll fix it. We'll also perform periodic backup audits to ensure critical files are getting the proper treatment. The result is you'll have peace-of-mind knowing your business data is safe.

Ongoing Diagnostics & Maintenance
Many small businesses don't have enough time or skill to handle the crucial but time-consuming duties of software updates and preventive maintenance. When you're a Pro Support client, we do it for you. You don't have to stay late or work over the weekend applying updates during off-hours. You don't have to scour online forums looking for reasons why your most critical application won't launch post update. We take care of all this so you can focus on tasks that drive your business forward.

Reduced Hourly Rate & Flat-Rate Pricing
Although our service is designed to create a fixed-cost for the bulk of support fees, when unforeseen trouble does strike our Pro Support clients benefit from a reduced hourly rate of $129 for Additional Work (versus the industry standard of $200). We also have flat-rate pricing for several common support requests. The result is you can budget and plan accordingly for your technology management, you won't worry about how long it takes a technician to complete a job and you won't be surprised with unexpected support bills.

Apple Enterprise Discounts
The group purchasing power of our Pro Support members allow our clients to buy product directly from Apple at significant discounts. (The best we've seen!) Why pay retail? As a Pro Support member you'll get the best deal available from the most reliable source.

iPhone Support
If you don't have one, then you probably want one, and we support that! As long as your iPhone is synced to a Mac that we actively manage, then iPhone support is included at no additional charge. Support for other smart phones (i.e. Palm, Blackberry, Windows Mobile) is billed at an hourly rate.

Get Educated
We don't offer training, but we encourage it. Working with our training provider Seneca Design & Training we've developed core classes exclusively for our Pro Support members. Keep your staff's skills sharp and up-to-date and your company competitive. Get Educated!
