With unlimited help desk you have access to Forget Computers' team as often as you need. Contact us with questions related to software, purchasing, troubleshooting, the Internet, email and more.

Daily Backup Check
This service is worth the entire monthly fee. With our Pro Support Package you can rest assured your daily backup will be monitored and maintained. If a problem occurs with your backup, we fix it.

Backup Audit
Nothing hurts worse than attempting a retrieval from backup only to discover the files were never backed up. We'll perform periodic backup audits to ensure critical files are getting the proper treatment.

Diagnostics & Maintenance
Many small businesses don't have enough time or skill to handle the crucial but time-consuming duties of patch management and preventive maintenance. When you're a Pro Support client, we do it for you.

Priority Response
When trouble strikes, Pro Support customers get priority attention. We’ll rearrange our schedule to solve your problem. Even if it means bumping a reactive client.
